We understand that privacy is important to you.
- Plain Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes. There are no logos, product images, or descriptions on the outside of the package.
- Generic Label: The shipping label will simply read “NK Store” or “Fulfillment Center” as the sender. No one (not even your postman) will know what’s inside.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website via the “Track Your Order” page.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For US Customers: Most orders under $800 are tax-free and duty-free.
International Customers: NaughtyKit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
NaughtyKit is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NaughtyKit will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
