2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Resolution: We will send you a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
No Return Needed: In most cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back to us (saving you shipping costs).

3. CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us ASAP.
After Shipping: Once the package has left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.
4. UNOPENED RETURNS
If you insist on returning an unopened item:

The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
